Posture is the window to your spine!

Our office focuses on posture correction. Traditional chiropractors typically focus on three things: helping people get out of pain, improving their range of motion, and reducing muscle spasms. These are all obvious initial goals, and many people have been helped by this type of care.

However, by focusing on posture correction our goal is to make long term changes to the very foundation of someone’s spine. By focusing on the alignment and proper curves of the spine, many of the secondary conditions that people suffer with go away; once the primary condition (abnormal posture) is corrected.

If a house has a poor foundation, you may find that you have problems with the walls cracking, the plumbing and electric systems may malfunction. You can keep addressing these individual issues (symptoms), but they are likely to keep recurring until the underlying cause is corrected. Your spine is the foundation of your body, and all of the organs, muscles, and connective tissue are built around it.

There’s no such thing as a spine transplant, so it is very important to take proper care of the one that you have.
